This 30-minute all-levels virtual class through Portland Yoga Collective begins with a ~10 minute mini talk on a meditation technique based on a theme. Offerings will vary depending on an intuitive collective need, and will include shamatha, vipassana, Tonglen, mantras/slogans, walking meditation and more. Following the instruction, we will transition into a guided meditation to find peace in the present moment. You will leave feeling supported, intuitive and grounded. There will be time to answer a few questions at the end of class.
