Join artist for an hour long “Learn to Meditate” class virtually on Zoom or in person (limited capacity).
Class price is $15, please reserve your place here.
Tara will instruct Samatha meditation, or peaceful abiding, and is passionate about teaching others to incorporate mindful practices into their daily life. Each class will offer a theme based off of an intuitive collective need.
Class will offer seated meditation instruction, postural alignment guidance, gentle stretching techniques and time to answer questions.
Both beginner and experienced practitioners are welcomed.
Please have a meditation cushion or folded up blankets to sit on, a glass of water or herbal tea, and something to take notes on.
