Baby I Can Help With That (Week 2)


Join artist virtually for a donation-based 30minute morning meditation and yoga class every Tuesday through Saturday at 7:30am for 4 weeks starting on March 1st and ending on March 26th.

These classes are here to help you integrate meditation and yoga into your everyday life. The theme of the month is REDIRECT, though Tara will offer intuitive classes based on a collective need. Drop in for a class, a week or the whole month, whatever feels good for you.

WEEK 2 THEME: FEELING TO PERCEIVING

Please bring a yoga mat & something to sit on (folded up blanket or meditation cushion) & any props that you like to use (blocks, etc.).

Suggested donation:

$5 - $10 / class
$20 - $30 / week
$70 - $90 / month

Tara is a devoted meditation practitioner and has been practicing Tibetan Buddhist traditions her entire life.  She is passionate about teaching others to incorporate mindful techniques and awareness into their everyday life with compassion and gentleness towards themselves and others.  She creates a safe and supported place for her students to learn and to grow.  With a background in the arts, her classes aim to look at meditation and yoga with a lightness of creativity and joy.
