Ego Death: A Meditation Workshop

  • Tara Rook Studios 142 High St #534 Portland United States (map)

Join artist virtually (zoom link) or in person (rsvp) for an hour long meditation workshop on Tuesday 4/19 at 7pm.

The theme of the workshop is Ego Death: There Is Love In You.

Through meditation we will focus on transforming our attachments to confusing energies of anxiety, anger and depression into energies of love, light and wisdom for creative expansion . I will cover basic seated meditation, and guide participants through a meditation to both ground and uplift.

Beginning to recognize and release these attachments will allow a stream of love to flow through, inviting creativity to cultivate and abundance to activate.

This workshop is geared towards individuals looking for creative expansion in their work or daily life.

All are welcome to join. Prior meditation experience is highly recommended.

Please bring a notebook, something to write with, a glass of water or herbal tea, and a meditation cushion or folded up blankets to sit on.

RSVP here for in person (limited capacity).
