Join artist virtually (zoom link) or in person (rsvp) for an hour and a half long meditation workshop on Tuesday 6/28 at 6:30pm.
The theme of the workshop is Ego Death: Just Do It
Part 1 of Ego Death: There Is Love In You, focused on releasing tension and inviting love to flow through the body using the breath. Part 2 of Ego Death: Flip The Script, focused on using the power of speech in relation to the body and mind to let go of attachments physically, energetically, and emotionally. Part 3 of Ego Death: Just Do It, will focus on taming the mind that is over saturated and over stimulated. Perhaps you have too many ideas floating in your head, how do you go forward with one idea, or maybe let go of all of your ideas? I will cover basic seated meditation, and guide participants through a meditation to connect to our awareness which will allow us to look beyond our reality of fixated thoughts. We will work towards releasing the ideas in our mind that don’t serve us for right now. How can we let go of what we create to invite a better flow of creativity? Beginning to recognize and release these attachments is a key for cultivating creativity and activating abundance.
This workshop is geared towards individuals looking for creative expansion in their work or daily life.
All are welcome to join. This is part three of a three part series, please email to watch the first part (There Is Love In You), and join us on May 24th for Part Two: Flip The Script. Prior meditation experience is highly recommended but not necessary.
Please bring a notebook, something to write with, a glass of water or herbal tea, and a meditation cushion or folded up blankets to sit on.
RSVP here for in person (limited capacity).
