Are you looking for a creative boost?
Join artist virtually or in person (limited capacity) for a meditation intensive workshop series to cultivate creativity and activate abundance.
We will meet the first three Tuesdays of October at 6:30pm.
The theme of the workshop is Ego Death. This workshop intensive is geared towards individuals looking for creative expansion in their work or daily life.
Week 1 of Ego Death: There Is Love In You, will focus on releasing tension and inviting love to flow through the body using the breath.
Week 2 of Ego Death: Flip The Script, will focus on using the power of speech in relation to the body and mind to let go of attachments physically, energetically, and emotionally.
Week 3 of Ego Death: Just Do It, will focus on taming the mind that is over saturated and over stimulated. Perhaps you have too many ideas floating in your head, how do you go forward with one idea, or maybe let go of all of your ideas?
In each workshop I will cover basic seated meditation, and guide participants through a meditation to connect to our awareness which will allow us to look beyond our reality of fixated thoughts. We will work towards releasing the ideas in our mind that don’t serve us for right now. How can we let go of what we create to invite a better flow of creativity? Beginning to recognize and release these attachments is a key for cultivating creativity and activating abundance.
Sign up for the full series @ $70 or per class @ $25/ea. Reserve your spot here. I will never turn anyone away for lack of funds, please email me to set up a payment plan or alternative payment.
All are welcome to join, though prior meditation is highly recommended.
Please bring a notebook, something to write with, a glass of water or herbal tea, and a meditation cushion or folded up blankets to sit on.
