Full Moon Gathering
Sunday October 9th, 7-8pm
with Illusory Time (Maya Rook) at Tara Rook Studios
Let's gather together on the October full moon to explore the wisdom in transitions. These moments “in between” can often evoke feelings of fear and uncertainty. But what can we learn from the gaps in between relationships, jobs, breaths, heartbeats, seconds, seasons, or even life and death? When we lean into liminal spaces we may discover the existence of vast potential and possibility.
During this special full moon gathering, sisters Maya and Tara will guide participants in an opening purification ritual, offer meditative practices to tap into the wisdom in transitions, and hold space for group discussion around these experiences.
Following the conclusion of the gathering, everyone is welcome to venture outside for a walk to experience the beauty of the moon (weather permitting).
All participants will receive a special art gift.
Limited space, please sign up in advance here.
This event will take place at Tara Rook Studios, 142 High St. Suite #534, Portland, Maine
