We will meet on the last four Wednesdays in August from 7-7:45pm on the Eastern Promenade.
Option to come to one, a few, or all four sessions. This is a donation based series.
$5-$10/per class suggested donation, cash or Venmo @tararookstudios (search under business account).
Please bring something comfortable to sit on, a journal and pen to take notes, and water or herbal tea. A sweater or light jacket may be nice to have since nights get chillier.

This event will take place near the community gardens and tennis courts on the Eastern Promenade. All levels of meditation experience welcome.

About Tara:
Tara (pronounced Tah-rah) Rook is an artist living in Portland, Maine. She specializes in pen & ink illustration. In addition to her life as an artist she is also an intuitive meditation teacher, and an electronic music producer and performer under the moniker Just Milk.
Tara currently owns and operates Tara Rook Studios, LLC located in the State Theatre Building in the Arts District of Portland, Maine. Tara Rook Studios explores the arts for individual and collective healing. The Studio is home to her role as an intuitive meditation teacher, an artist, Just Milk (Tara’s electronic music project) and offering unique experiences through the arts with an emphasis on growth, love, and expansion.
