Magic Body: Small Group Healing Session at Leaping Waters

  • Leaping Waters 146 Ocean Street South Portland, ME, 04106 United States (map)

Magic Body is subtle body energy work.

Small group healing sessions are open to seven guests and $39 per person.

Reserve your spot here.

This is an energy healing session using guided meditation with sound to connect to and align to your subtle energetic body.

We will begin by discussing what you would like to work on energetically.  Tara will address your needs and utilize specific modalities to support your process and healing.  You will lay in a comfortable position and be guided through a deep body and mind relaxation meditation. With your permission, Tara will assess your energy system using no touch or a gentle (still) touch over various areas of the body. During your time of mental, physical, and emotional rest you will receive energy work to help align your subtle body while listening to original ambient music for healing by Just Milk (Tara’s electronic music project). You will then be guided out of the meditative state to focus the mind on the present, gently stretch your body, and center your awareness. Afterwards we will discuss your experience and Tara will provide insight on how to continue your calm and relaxed state of being.

Reserve your spot here.
