The Healing Heart (Milking Compassion)

Join artist virtually for a donation-based 30 minute morning meditation and yoga class on 12/31/21.

The theme of the class is the healing heart. We will work towards cultivating compassion for the self and for others through meditation and movement.

Creating a safe space (both mentally and physically) to reflect and process the past year will give yourself permission to release what you have been through to move out and into a new year with insight, clarity, and love.

Please have a yoga mat & something to sit on (folded up blanket or meditation cushion) & any props that you like to use (blocks, etc.).

Tara is a devoted meditation practitioner and has been practicing Tibetan Buddhist traditions her entire life.  She is passionate about teaching others to incorporate mindful techniques and awareness into their everyday life with compassion and gentleness towards themselves and others.  She creates a safe and supported place for her students to learn and to grow.  With a background in the arts, her classes aim to look at meditation and yoga with a lightness of creativity and joy.
