Join local artist Tara Rook at the Portland Yoga Collective for a guided meditation to relax your body, connect to your energy and awaken your inner light.
You have a light inside you, the light which you alone can magnify its strength and brightness. Connecting to your inner light will awaken your intuition, your presence and your happiness. This guided meditation experience will help you tune in and wake up your inner light. As we enter the quieter months of winter it is easy to be veiled with depression and loneliness. Perhaps within this darkness is an opportunity to turn inward and enjoy the sweetness of the lovely energy of light you embody.
We will begin with a guided meditation to melt away tension and relax your entire body which will then transport you to a period of deep rest. During this time of deep rest you will receive body and energy work to help align your being while listening to music for meditation composed by Just Milk (Tara’s electronic music project). You will then be guided out of deep rest to focus the mind on the present, gently stretch your body, and center your awareness.
You will leave feeling supported, intuitive and empowered.
